San Giusto Cathedral, where yesterday's painting is displayed, is the main hall of worship dedicated to Catholicism in the city.The present-day church was constructed by joining two pre-existing basilicas under one roof, to provide the city with an impressive cathedral.
The church's austere facade is enriched by a delicately-worked ornate Gothic rosette in Karst stone, and is covered with Romanesque stones found on the site.

The B&W and the arching trees give this a very otherworldly feel. I see that window. I bet it looks amazing from the inside with the light streaming through..
This picture reminds me of the movie "The Village". The B&W does give it an eerie feeling. Bravo Rob. !
