Theme day: empty

The humongous, desolate warehouses in the old port. In the nineteenth century they were heaving with goods for and from the Empire. Now they are empty and awaiting their ever-postponed destiny.

the supporting strucutre is lovely. Nicely done - real feeling of emptyness.

Great shot for EMPTY. These fortress spaces seem to feel empty and hollow even with people in them.

There's so much beautiful in the arches which you've utilised so fabulously in your shot. It says Empty so well and sad to know it will eventually disappear.

Great photo. Very evocative of emptiness. Hopefully, someone can figure out a good reuse for the buildings.
